Biography
 

Biography

​Austin Caskie earned the MFA in Media Art, Design, and Technology from North Carolina State University (NCSU) College of Design in 2023. His thesis project was on tying knots in virtual reality and was a playful exploration of interaction design, simulation programming, and 3D modeling. Through his time with NCSU, Caskie has taught modeling, programming, and foundations courses. On top of work in games and digital art, Caskie also passionate about painting and has completed a residenc​​y at Arrowmont School of Craft and received a Kennan Fellowship to visit the Penland School of Craft.
