Students who want to transfer to the University of Delaware, Department of Art & Design should review the University's transfer admissions page for requirements and guidelines. Admission to the BA major is processed through the UD Admissions Office. On the Undergraduate Admissions webpage, you will be prompted to the Common Application to the University and the Application Checklist. A portfolio is not required to apply to the Bachelor of Arts degree. ​

International students:

Please contact the Art & Design Department (artdepartment@udel.edu) to determine if any of your existing credits will transfer. It is at the department's discretion if your existing credits will transfer as Art & Design credits.

It is advised that you contact the Art & Design Department to let them know of your intentions to transfer and request additional information.

Applicants for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree do not require submission of a portfolio. ​
